Onsite Support
Adecco is currently seeking an energetic individual to join our team to fill a Bilingual On-Site Floor Support role in Stratham, NH.
At Adecco, an On-Site Floor Support can be successful by building relationships and delivering exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
These are 2nd and 3rd shift seasonal positions. For 2nd Shift pay rate is $22/hr, 3rd shift, pay rate is $24/hr. Candidate must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Must be able to work weekend and holidays during peak season.
Responsibilities for this On-Site Floor Support role include:
Conduct orientations and facility tours with new hire classes
Monitor daily attendance and run reports when needed
Attend client meetings as needed
Assist with onsite timekeeping
Engage with onsite associates and supervisors daily to ensure client success metrics are being met
Complete associate counseling in regards to performance and attendance when needed.
Assisting placed associates with assignment questions as needed
Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift
Qualifications:
Must be bilingual (Spanish and English). Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift. Previous team lead experience in warehouse setting desired, but not required. Must be comfortable working in a warehouse environment. Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and customer service skills required. Capable of handling problem resolution in a calm and clear manner. Ability to build and maintain strong customer and client relationships and networks.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
