Experience in a lean manufacturing environment (5S, Six Sigma, TPM or similar)Experience with PLC software or other factory floor IT systems such as JDE3-5 years supervisory experience, preferably in a food manufacturing environmentWillingness to work overtime and occasional weekendsSpanish speaking as 2nd language, preferredThis Position:
The person in this position is responsible for supervising the production in an assigned production area at the Stratham manufacturing facility.
This includes ensuring the appropriate products are produced in the quantities required, ensuring high standards for quality at the lowest possible cost while maintaining a safe work environment.
