Description
As part of Timberland's Direct to Consumer team, this role is responsible for building Men's and Women's apparel assortments for North American Timberland Ecommerce.
Qualifications
Education/
Experience:
Years of Related Professional
Experience: 5+.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Textile, or Fashion Merchandising (or equivalent). 5 to 7 years in increased buying/merchandising. Prefer Specialty Store background in appropriate categories.
Skills:
Basic computer skills, MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver successful business performance as it pertains to budgeted revenue, margin and inventory targets - manage OTB and key item plans accordingly.
Collaborate with design team to ensure successful execution of plans delivering assortments that are both brand and consumer relevant.
Build brand right assortments from across all channels of development for profitability and brand positioning.
Analyze business and react in a timely manner to optimize sales - own Best Seller Reports.
Regularly review and shop the competitive and industry landscape for benchmarking, customer buying.
Regularly review and shop the competitive and industry landscape for benchmarking, customer buying preferences and innovative product ideas.
Collaborate and clearly communicate assortment focus to Planning, Marketing, Allocation, and Web teams. Merchandise and Ecommerce teams ensuring appropriate alignment for product presentation and distribution
Partner with ecom team to develop reporting outside of sell-thru information to drive future business decisions.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
