Description
As part of Timberland's Ecommerce team, this role supports the operations of Timberland's Ecommerce website. Responsibilities include being the primary on-call contact for site issues, tracking of all site issues and first level resolution with appropriate team members; coordinating samples for photo shoots and timelines and deliverables for internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines are met on new and existing technology projects. Focus on the consumer ensuring that Timberland delivers products and services that exceed our consumer's expectations.

Experience:
Years of Related Professional
Experience: 5-7.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 3
years of experience in Retail or Marketing 1-2-years of Ecommerce experience.
Skills:
Proven track record of success in an on-line/retail operations environment.
Strong technical ability/knowledge of the on-line space.
Problem solving ability and attention to detail.
HTML experience preferred but not required.
Medium computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint required
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations: Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the site, including daily monitoring to ensure visual and technical aspects of site are as expected.
Trouble-shooting Site Issues: As the primary on-call contact for site issues, track all site issues through resolution and independently resolve first level issues by determining the cause of the issues (human or technology) and coordinating resolution with the appropriate teams (Customer Service, Distribution Centers, Creative Services, and external vendors). Coordinate resolution of complex issues with Operations Manager to ensure resolution.
Project Management Support: Responsible for monitoring timelines and deliverables for internal teams and external vendors to ensure timelines are met to support project completion and escalate issues to Operations Manager.
Photo-shoot and Sample coordination: Work with site merchandising, buying and allocations teams to request product samples to be photographed for website - compile list, delivery dates, request samples, log samples and pass to Global Creative Services team to be shot (weekly task) for site that includes over 2000 skus. Also work with merchandising team to review site update calendar and coordinate samples for all photo shoots needed (monthly).
Coordinate additional projects as assigned including product/category launches and technology enhancements to site. Focus on the consumer ensuring that Timberland delivers products and services that exceed our consumer's expectations. Responsible for reconciling Ecommerce invoices for payment (e.g. outside services, 3rd-party technology partners).Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
