Service Technician- Porsche

Porsche of Stratham, an International Cars, LTD company, is looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, Service Technician. We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours and have a great track record.
Responsibilities:
Performs work as outlined on work order in accordance with company standards.
Exceeds manufacturer's national, zone, and district averages for customer satisfaction and work quality.
Communicates with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Communicates with service advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the promised time.
Performs additional work if customer approval is obtained.
Saves and tags parts of the job if under warranty or if requested by the customer.
Examines assigned vehicle to determine if further safety or service work is required or recommended.
Documents all work performed and recommended on the repair order.
Road tests vehicles when required.
Ensures that customers' cars are kept clean. Notifies service advisor immediately of anything that has happened to change the appearance or condition of the vehicle.
Maintains and is accountable for all dealership-owned tools and manuals. Returns them to the proper place and in the same condition as they were received.
Participates in manufacturer-sponsored training programs, schools, and events.
Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, state, and local regulations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
Uses proper eye, hand, and body protection when using products that require protection.
Operates all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to the Service Manager.
Reports any safety issues immediately to the Service Manager.
Requirements:
German automotive service experience
Preffered experience with Porsche brand
Customer focus, with friendly attitude
Lifting ability up to 100 pounds
Flexible schedule to cover store hours, including weekends
Successful completion of pre-employment screenings including motor vehicle and background check and drug screening
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) Certifications (Preferred)
State Vehicle Inspector Certification
Valid Driver's License acceptable to insurance carrier
Automotive Trade School graduate

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
