Timberland - Intern, Merchandise Planning and Operations

Job Description
Position Summary:
High energy position supporting North America Merchandising team through organization of samples and space.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Own all aspects of footwear and apparel samples inclusive of unpacking, organizing, Range Room wall set up, archiving and lending. 40% of time involved and relative importance 4-High
+ Assist with seasonal catalog coordination for USW. Work in concert with GCS team, providing accurate line plan information, tracking timelines and deliverables. 20% of time involved and relative importance 4-High
+ Play a support role in product presentations and preparations for Sales Meetings, Seasonal Product meetings, Trade Shows, and Markets as necessary. 20% of time involved and relative importance 4-High
+ Support Merchandising team as needed inclusive of shipping, organization of physical spaces and other needs as necessary. 20% of time involved and relative importance 3-Medium
Job Requirements:
+ 0-2 years related professional experience
+ Bachelor?s Degree , Merchandising focus or interest preferred
+ Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a calm sense of urgency
+ Some medium to heavy lifting required as relates to open and storing of samples boxes, moving sample racks and maintenance of sample library
+ Strong time management skills
+ Strong Organizational skills
+ Self-Motivation
+ High-Energy, positive attitude, strong written and verbal communications skills
+ Intermediate or better experience with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
